I was introduced to web dev and html and css and all that jazz from my robotic's team programming mentor in high school, but spent the next 13 years putting off actually learning it despite the fact I've been interested in having my own website for a long time.
Recently I was inspired by a bout of existential dread about the passage of time and mortality, as well as Uwoslab's 2025 subathon, to start actually doing the hobbies and skills I've been putting off learning/participating in. Starting with making this site! Building websites from scratch probably isn't a particulary useful skill for me as I doubt I'll get good enough to do it in any professional capacity, but it's been fun learning enough to make a central, personalized website from which anyone can find any of the other cooler and more important things I'll be getting up to instead of mastering html. So look forward to lots of music, animations, and possibly some games coming in the future.
